I didn't receive anything either. But as I understand it, they don’t need my “lity”. This means they won’t receive a single cent anymore. (That’s about $40 for each weekend event and $20-40 for a mid-week event.)

I didn't get any compensation at all either I didn't kno about any type of glitch or mess up I just play the game as usual do the tours/events and move on .. hopefully we all get compensated correctly for play the game the right way

Didn’t get any compensation myself and I know full well I did not take advantage of the tour screwups. After all, I got the original compensation for the solo contest points during the last weekend MLC.I wouldn’t expect anything less. Ridiculous to say the least.

Let's take a moment to focus on the real problem here - 7.5 years into the game's existence and HIGH STAKES coding errors still make their way into the live environment with frightening consistency.

No effective testing. No quality control. But most importantly: no consistent or predictable solutions when these mistakes happen on what seems to be pretty close to a weekly basis. Solutions all over the board. Rollback? Keep some? Keep all? And this time: passive-aggressively punish some by rewarding some.

100% unprofessional.

We're all fools. It's embarrassing for everyone involved.

If the logs are wrong then how would you determine who to go after? The small number of people who admitted to it on discord? Attacking the mod team doesn't do anything and it's not a matter of caring. We can't view the logs or your accounts nor can we make adjustments to accounts. I can say that support has looked into each complaint and to this point there has been 0 instances it was shown to be incorrect. You're welcome to go through support to have them review your account specifically but it sounds like even if they tell you which matches you did you've decided the logs are wrong so it wouldn't matter.

I’m the same as everyone else here, first I heard about a glitch?!? I just played through any tours once and certainly didn’t benefit more than the rewards you get for completing it once!

I'm with everyone else on this I logged in and played the game as normal unaware of any glitch that was going on in the game. Yet I see people getting this compensation for your screw up.

The fact that so many people are disputing this should tell you something. Again another screw up followed by an inadequate resolution. I would question the method used to extract the so called data from the system, because quite clearly it's wrong. The only thing I did that weekend was the required tours.

There are people on here that didn't get the compensation that were asleep, at work, or just not online when it happened. How can the logs show they did matches when they're asleep.

I didn't go back and redo them. The only time I do road matches is when there's a task of doing 10 or 50 matches with a certain character, or if I've just unlocked someone and want to test them out. The unprofessionalism of Scopely to call their customers cheaters, instead of, ya know, doing ANY sort of quality control, it's actually mind-boggling.

If there's THIS many people saying they didn't exploit, and the logs are wrong, then maybe, just maybe, the logs are wrong.

Edit: Approx half an hour after I posted this, and roughly an hour since I re-opened a ticket asking for proof of their logs, Scopely sent me the compensation.

Some players received compensation reward some company not unable to make balance or fair There are many such players including me who did not take advantage of the tour but did not get this compensation reward. This situation will become worse. There are many such players who are innocent but still did not get any reward. I have a right way. Whatever reward you gave to all of them, give that and finally give 2 superstars of the month for free.

ANDI didn't even know about this error, I didn't receive the reward either. From what I read in the post. Many didn't do it and didn't receive it. It's good to know, next time I won't think twice about taking advantage of the Game's error.

well I wasn’t even aware about the glitch didn’t know where the glitch was and still I didn’t get any compensation i am a F2P player I could use that glitch but didn’t thought it as fair so i hope that all who didn’t cheat get atleast some compensation
