no i did not cheat at all and was not aware of the bug / issue so i deserved the compensation just like each and everyone who didn’t cheat at all !!!

Same with most players. I had no clue there was any sort of glitch. Nothing I took advantage of. Saw they were going to send rewards and was like okay cool I'll get something. Then today when the reward drops and I don't have it I realized they are branding me a cheater and took advantage of something. They really don't know how to treat a player base.

what’s this glitch that you are talking about? I did the tours for the weekend event and then I didn’t do anything until the feuds started happening because I wasn’t around but how can you say that I took advantage of something I didn’t even know about do you have proof that I did if so I’d like to see it..So giving people a compensation of this magnitude and not others is completely unfair I think you need to look into this further as I know that I did take advantage of it this here is making me think about not spending anymore until you look at my account and see I did nothing wrong

the logs are wrong. Period. Show me the proof that I received the rewards multiple times.

I am furiouse right now.
I did not know and certainly did not expliot any glitch.
After I messaged support, they simply tell me their system must have deteched I played more than 5 matches and so I am not eligible.
This is not right. PEOPLE WHO EXPLOITED GOT WAY MORE THAN THE COMPENSATION BEING OFFERED, and yet I did not exploit and get zero.
I have asked support to tell me:
- how many matches did I play and
- what rewards did a claim a over and over.
As someone who has spent a considerable amount on this game, I'm close to walking over this.
I was hyped for the Roman release, and I have ZERO in me, to drop a dollar on any pulls…..

We Didn't Exploit it and you betrayed with us it's not fair..if you want to compensate then all should get it for the fairness of the game

They should simply give the rewards to everyone, there are many who did not take advantage of the bug and did not receive anything

I didn't get the compensation for not expoilting scopleys mess up. Reading that players cheated and got to keep there loot and those that didn't exploit the issue won't be compensated. Keep it fair for all!!

I’ll go a step further. As a moderator, you’re a coward to take that line with THIS MANY people telling you they did not do this.
“In final,” this was completely mishandled and punished dozens of players who have already spoken up, and you and the auto-bots from support are too cowardly to actually show us the proof that most of us have demanded to see. Because if you won’t, you have something to hide.
Your. Logs. Are. Wrong. And. You. Are. Punishing. The. Wrong. People.
Go after the people like this, who exploited it and are proud to do it, and are mocking the people who were screwed over by “the logs” arbitrarily determining who gets something and who doesn’t.
You’re too afraid to admit that the system is wrong, that this compensation rollout was mishandled (to put it very mildly), and that we SHOULD get what the people who didn’t exploit anything got. This is wrong. Period. Point blank. “In final.”

Yea, I have yet to receive any compensation. I don't even know what exploit they are even talking about or where it occured. So, I'm pretty sure I didn't, but sounds like we all missed out as the compensated were the ones that exploited the glitch.

What the hell is going on with this game..
I didn't recieved the glitch rewards which indeed I mentioned hope scopely do work on the glitch..and hope they'd send me the missing rewards 😞 😕

Half players receiving reward and others not this is scopely cheating us, all the players should be given equal rewards

The compensation is good, but the execution of giving that said compensation was horrible. I knew that Scopely would fumble the situation. Not sure what qualifies as a match done for one time reward, but expecting everybody to hold off doing the weekend tours until the glitch is fixed is like asking the players to log off and not play. Players should not be held accountable for the company errors, it falls on the employees. Those employees should be held responsible. Now Scopely is looking at people quitting the game and not spending this weekend over this comedy hour.
Why take the time to properly reward the people who did not take advantage of the said glitch if the end result is pitch forks and bonfire?2 -
This is too unfair for majority of players who play this game daily despite knowing lots of in game issue but still scopely thinks we exploit some game play which we dint know that existed. Be fair for all compensate for all if there was any compensation given by scopely to many players in their inbox.

Just by simply playing the game during the period of time you’d end up falling into the category they’re discussing. It’s not people who actually abused it but just those who played the game.
Scopely did the bare minimum effort to roll out as few rewards as possible for their blunder. After all, the exploit is because the programmer can barely code their way out of a paper bag.

hello scopely, now I don’t was goin on how players gets this and talking bout whoever cheat’s doesn’t get it. Now I don’t know anything on how players cheat on this game, but I play fair if I want something on here i do my best to play it to get it. And mostly some people said they got they got it, so how come I didn’t get it

I haven't got it either. I am not done any thing wrong nor a cheater. Its not good for genuine f2p players. Really sad with this resolution by Scopely. Haven't heard this glitch was happened and still not got this. Unprofessional
