No Tour Reset Resolution - despite not exploiting

The ones that's being punished with not receiving the compensation rewards are the ones who didn't even know about the glitch that the developers caused when they sent out the new tours for that day. We played those new tours like everyone else did. We all know once you 3s that match and move on. There's no sense in going back to do it again on an event tour. So the 90+% of individuals who didn't exploit the glitch is being punished. Such a great job there scopley. What a way to show the people who play and spend and the non spenders how much you actually give a shit about them as a person who enjoys playing a bejeweled wrestling game. This is the worst screwup yall have ever done. Congratulations on that.

I didn't get the compensation package either. Definitely didn't do any tours more than once

I knew about the glitch and specifically did not re-do any tour matches because of it. I did not receive the compensation either.

I played the tours once and that was it. Sure as hell didn't do the tours more than once, there was no need too. I didn't find out about the glitch until after it was fixed. Same with many of my faction mates.

Being in the same faction, I know for a fact that I was at work, not logged into the game, played no matches, and got ZERO compensation. Sooooooo I am very lost as to what the vast disparity is. Basically you have a double screw up. You compensated (and need to finish compensating), then you now need to compensate AGAIN for the headache and confusion that you are causing the community.

Bravo, Scopely. Bravo. And people wonder why there’s an influx of people leaving the game. It’s because Scopely decides to bridge the gap between players further all because of some glitch most of us didn’t even know was a thing at the time. So because of that, we get punished for something that wasn’t even in the game, and support doesn’t help either and basically accuses us of cheating when I’m pretty sure none of us got rewards the second time around. If you want people to play the game Scopely, don’t punish us when we do. Side note: Like everyone else here, I didn’t receive compensation myself. But yet, they gave me the 1m contest points for that weekend’s contest because it explicitly said I didn’t do the tour over. So they can reward me in that aspect, but punish me in another? It doesn’t make an iota of sense.

Why do you only reward a few? How unfair is the game? It only gives an advantage to some and those of us who don't abuse the error and don't receive rewards?

hello scopely, now I don’t was goin on how players gets this and talking bout whoever cheat’s doesn’t get it. Now I don’t know anything on how players cheat on this game, but I play fair if I want something on here i do my best to play it to get it. And mostly some people said they got they got it, so how come I didn’t get it please respond back thank you.

ANDAt no time did I get any reward for this error from Scopely, it was not my mistake it was yours, now you say that for playing I am penalized, for not getting rewards I am penalized, Meanwhile, those who exploited the error and those who received compensation are flush with resources...It's quite illogical and it's also unfair.

I certainly didn't exploit this issue either. Some compensation would be lovely!
