Unable to log in without freezing

I have been unable to access the game since updating the app after the feud on Friday night. Have tried logging in via iphone, IPad, and PC/portal. Tried re-installing many times. Always freezes at title screen.
Was able to create a new account via iPhone app and reached out to support but they just restored my account and now I’m back to square one. Seems like my username is locked out? Have tried to navigate helpdesk but keep getting shut down by the bot.
If anyone could please help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

This is getting very frustrating. The links to respond to helpdesk emails are broken, so I cannot respond to them. Clicking the link to reply just redirects me to the web portal.

Everything was fine until I updated to .675

This has to be an issue with my account. Could you please have someone help or contact me without having to open another ticket I can’t respond to?

Still unable to access my account from any device without freezing. I know my roster is good, but I wasn’t expecting it to break the game lol.
