Stipulation tour glitch official CC exploiting it for learboard

apparently there’s a glitch in stipulation tour where submissions do not count as turns when combined with stuns. So your turns stay at 7 when you cascade or connect to recycle. It was used by sir zoro to gain leaderboard #1 spot in all 3 modes yesterday as well. He now shared with the community instead of posting the info here. How gracious of him.

This is the video of him exploiting it and showing he got first place instead of reporting.

Make subs decrease turns and just make everyone have stun immunity in stipulation until it’s fixed I guess.
