Cannot Upgrade Brutus Creed with normal tokens, it still requires Evo tokens

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to upgrade my Brutus Creed but it won't let me upgrade with using the traditional tokens, instrad it is still requiring Evo tokens from Last MLC. Is this typical? or did I stumble upon an actual issue.? I have cheked the app and it is up to date and it still is requiring Evo tokens.
