Missing Feud Prize (Underdog Story Plate)

Purchased the Underdog Story Plate on 07/08/2024 and it is nowhere to be found in my inventory. Shows that it has been purchased and my 7 coins are gone but no plate. I have uninstalled the app and restarted it multiple times but no plate. Any help?
