Club store milestones issue

Hello team,

I have raised through technical support without any resolution I have reached certain milestones and it got auto claimed but club store currency is not counted when I raised they said it is added in my currency but yesterday again I reached another milestone 275000 and again same issue and again they says I claimed it on 1st of july how's that possible that I have reached yesterday and claimed on 1st of july ?
