    Alot of times when this type of problems occurred, I always receive compensation when it doesn't affect me i don't deserve this since i don't have Waller or the Skill Plates involved i should not receive the Skill Plate removement tokens.

    First off, the skill plate removal chips are nice, awesome, but upon further investigation…the fact it costs TEN CHIPS TO REMOVE 1 PLATE FROM THE 100 YOU GAVE US IS CRIMINAL. There are hundreds upon hundreds of plates in the game and having to be stuck behind ONE plate removal a month IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STRAP UP PASS, is beyond criminal.

    Here is my second point:

    • Up this to 5 to 10 WITH THE COST BEING 1, YES, ONE. If people literally need or want more than that then they will buy your Strap Pass. Stop belittling the free to play players with these handicaps. It doesn't help player retention and any players still playing are playing in a ruthless grind mindset for the sake of their skill plates.

    The thing that makes me feel bad is let's say for example a BRAND NEW plate drops during a weekend event and a player gets the plate in a milestone or prize wall pertaining to said event. Oh wait, they don't have any removal chips handy…now that plate sits there collecting dust depending on when they used them up. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO THE PLAYERBASE as we cannot experiment with new play styles or move sets or builds, and in theory…wouldn't you want us…the players…YOUR CONSUMERS…to be on the game for as long as possible? You don't see how backwards this is for us?

    A potential option a fellow faction-mate told me is as follows:

    • Add a skill plate removal chip bag to the stretch milestone of the Talent Up, at the 700 million milestone.

    Doing that ensures you don't make it incredibly easy to reach but makes it a semi grind to get it. Which I believe is definitely a good option/solution.


    If you are going to give us numerous skill plate removal chips, then make them the cost of 1 PER REMOVAL. This one change can go such a long way. PLEASE Scopely…as someone who's been playing since almost the launch of the game…this one quality of life change will go such a long way.

    Make the right choice.
