I have been messaging in game for a month and have gotten NOWHERE. I WAS DIRECTED HERE. It would be really nice if someone ACTUALLY helped instead of go here go there if I were a big spenders this would be fixed ASAP

It's a known issue that the team is working on. No fix for it as of yet. In the past people have been able to message support to exchange their boss currency for the shards of the chase. They may be able to assist with that.

As of today and with the game update 0.660, the issues with a few players receiving error code 47203 when accessing the Faction Boss shop should be resolved. If you still encounter issues, please contact our in-game support for further assistance.
