Missing Loot Tokens

What exactly is not working? I purchased 2 of the "The Iron Sheik "Hall of Fame" Silver Loot Pack" at different times. I should have 14 loot tokens, but I have none.
Where in the game did it happen? I purchased them through the WWE Champions website.
What are the steps to reproduce it? Attempting a purchase.
When or since when did it happen? 1st instance was at 1:03pm and the 2nd instance was at 2:36pm.
How often do you experience this issue? This is my first time experiencing this issue.
What device are you playing on? I play on both the web and on Android
Which OS and game version? On Android, it's version 0.543 updated Feb 25, 2022.
What is your in-game name? Eltarian
What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? It's a purchasing issue, so it's not something that I can attempt to fix on my side.
Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better? The only screenshot that I can provide is the proof of purchase from my bank account.

There seems to be a widespread outage with Google Play, also affecting purchases within WWE Champions. Once Google solves the issues, you should proceed as usual.

How do we proceed if we tried to buy two loot coins and the game took our money but didn't give us the loot coins?
additionally, how do we get the extra solo points that many people got who were able to buy loot coins and take advantage of the fact that Scopely posted all 3 of the "spend a loot" bonuses on the first day?

I purchased the "The Iron Sheik 'Hall of Fame' Silver Loot Pack via the website @ 1:03pm on 3/23/22. When I logged into the game shortly after, the 7 tokens are missing, yet I didn't spend them.

It happened again @ 2:36pm on 3/23/22. I should have 14 of the "The Iron Sheik 'Hall of Fame' loot tokens, but they aren't in my inventory. Why sell the Silver Loot Pack if it isn't available to use? Either 14 loot tokens or $39.98 is owed to me.

See, this is where I'm having my issue. I bought both of the The Iron Sheik "Hall of Fame" Silver Loot Pack via the website and attempted to cash them in via the website. I didn't use my phone at all, so the Google Pay part shouldn't have affected my loot coins. I received all of the Milestone rewards for the purchases from the website, but the Iron Sheik "Hall of Fame" loot tokens disappeared right after using one of the "Road to Wrestlemania" loot coins.
How do I contact the in-game support to get the loot coins restored?

Then click the Help selection
Then the message box again in the top right corner and follow the prompt about your issue .

tonight is the second time I’ve made purchases and never received my loot coins or anything that comes with it. I done lost 99$ first time and now 39.99 tonight. I will never purchase anything again, and how can it be googles fault when everyone is purchasing these items on your game or website. I’ve already tried the help menu and it’s not answering me now that I sent proof of purchase.

You will need to go through in game support for this issue they should be able to easily see the purchase and the status if your loot coins and offer assistance.
