Stone Cold Bionic Redneck Finisher Glitch

The description of the Stone Cold Stunner says it changes 38 blast gems into red gems. Most of the time it does not. Above is a photo taken after I triggered the move with 38 blast gems on the board. If the move worked properly, my red moves would’ve been refilled. Instead it looks like maybe 6 reds were created total.
