55000 KEYS WASTED
Its very hard to collect 55000 keys in all , I collected them in a matter of 7 days , opened the 55000 pulls from loot box , screen froze , had to restart game and nothing got credited in my roster or account. Kindly help or reinstate the keys

Go to the gear icon in the corner of the home screen click on help. click on an article and scroll down and click chat with us. Typically if you do a pull and it freezes but don't see anything you simply received shards.
