Issue - Login Screen Sync Prompt (Endless Loop)

im getting a continual prompt when I open the game. it shows it knows my scopely account but still says my account has a sync issue.

What exactly is not working?

Cannot remove game sync prompt

Where in the game did it happen?

opening the game (iPhone)

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I open the game on my iPhone and continue to receive the sync account prompt

When or since when did it happen?

January 4th or 5th

How often do you experience this issue?

Everytime I open the game and I can no longer play the game

What device are you playing on?

iPhone 12 (iOS 17.2.1)

Which OS and game version?

Not sure on the game version since I can’t open it. IOS 17.2.1

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Authenticate with every option. When I open the game it know my log in but keeps opening the prompt.

Reinstalled game a couple times.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?
