Trickster Ali GOAT Gear Missing From Loot

I've already reached out numerous times on this front, but the more that time goes on and the continual growth of individuals who are getting screwed by this loot and event is becoming ridiculous.

There is no reason that the 4ss character does not come with the gear. Nowhere is it advertised you can get one OR the other. Him OR Him+Gear. It's stated in every single instance of the loot that it's him AND the gear. The loot in game, the promotional advertisement on the front of the loot pull. Every single thing indicates that every single instance of the character should come with the gear. Yet the "Common" tier 4ss character does not. (Gladly attaching screenshots below to indicate what I'm referencing)

But this legitimately makes zero sense. Why are the players who spend money on this game being punished for pulling the character but not receiving the gear that was advertised to them. It says "and" not "or". There is no reasonable, justifiable answer as to why every single person who pulled a 4ss Ali GOAT should NOT get the gear. It clearly looks as if it's a coding mishap. Never in the history of this game has there been a loot where the same star rarity had different payouts. Either 6sb&6ss gets the gear, and everything else gets left behind… Or 5sb / 5ss / 5sg gets the gear… etc… There's never been an instance of 5sb being left behind and 5ss/5sg/6sb/6ss getting the gear. Etc… It's never once happened. This is clearly a coding mistake and trying to write it off as "well it's a chance" is not a justifiable excuse. It doesn't state anywhere that it's Him OR Him+Gear… It ONLY states HIM AND HIS GEAR. It's ridiculous as I stated above and the fact that this isn't being resolved for everyone who got the 4ss character is infuriating.

This is wrong. This is false advertisement. This is something that should be corrected for every player who pulled him at 4ss and not simply swept under the rug, especially for people who spent big money to get him.
