In game shop purchase issues : Contest for Steve Austin weekend Event

in BUG REPORTS

I purchased the 7 pulls from the in game shop and when I clicked it the game did the red circle and then closed. When I re-opened the game, it shows the 5SG Trick Sami who I already have, was purchased. Is there any way this can get fixed? I opened a ticket, but I am afraid this will not get answered until after the event is over. I am so disappointed
