What exactly is not working?

My league 10 seem bugged. They ask me to upgrade a superstar to 3 gold stars, but I already have many of them. The achievement didnt pop and im stuck.

Reboot, redownload and reinstall the game, upgrade many more superstars from 3silvers to 3golds.
