Game don't start anymore

What exactly is not working?

the game don't want to open since yesterday

Where in the game did it happen?

when you open the game. The game has a white screen or be stuck at the page with Scopely logo and trademark but freeze there

Open the game

When or since when did it happen?

Since yesterday. On the moment I though that was my device but notice all others game work perfectly other than WWE Champions

How often do you experience this issue?

Since yesterday. Each time I try to open the game

What device are you playing on?

My ipad don't work anymore and the portal has too much bugs so I play like everyone on Bluestack on my PC. Windows 11

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have try on portal but the same don't open

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

I have black screen and stuck, white screen sometime and stuck, sometime go to Scopely intro but crash always. Cannot pass that
