Hello sir,i have message every corner of scopely regarding my long pending freezing issue of career mode not opening since december 2020.due to these i am stuck at league 12 since 4 months,because one milestone of madrid tour is inside career mode.whenever i click on career the whole screen gets freezed.i had sent various screenshots and videos of showing the problem.but the only reply i am getting since 4 months is the team is still investigating these issue.fairness and equality is missing in my case as i am feeling left out in these big wwe community.i spent loads of money in these game,but in return i cant play career mode and make coins,tps and upgrade my rosters.if anybody in scopely customer team listen me these time and fix my issue asap.neither i am getting any compensation of what i had lost in these 4 months nor my issue is getting resolved.i am stunned by these experience and very dissapointed at the moment.
