Missing Rewards from Winter of Wonder Solo Contest

What exactly is not working?

I finished 1st in the Winter of Wonder II Solo Contest (league 12). I was supposed to get a few rewards but never got them.

Where in the game did it happen?

When the contest finished, the popup showing where I placed came up but when I clicked the claim button, nothing happened and I didn't get the case with a chance at Gio or shards.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Unknown

When or since when did it happen?

Right at the end of the Winter of Wonder II Solo Contest.
