Gem damage for the Tech Roman is way too high

In the hard mode of the Kevin Owen's retro tour, the gem damage that Tech Roman Reigns does is way higher than it should be. He is a 3 star bronze but his gem manage is over 18 K for all gems. He would have to be a 6 star bronze to do that kind of damage with these trainers.
