7 Day Challenge Glitch

What exactly is not working?

When I start the game there is a envelope with a seal announcing the 7 day challenge. When I click on the envelope a finger points me to today's Daily Insta-claim. Once I have claimed that the finger points to a mailbox. When I get to that screen the game basically freezes. Nothing happens when I try to press the buttons, I cannot move up or down the days and it will not let me close the screen. I close the game and try to log in and it repeats the same process over again. On a very rare occasion I am able to hit another icon while I am being prompted to click the mailbox such as the contest button but its functionality is limited and usually does not allow me to click the back arrow. I had one short occurrence where I could enter battles which is why the screenshot shows 16/50
