Game froze during daily Stipulation tour

What exactly is not working?

While auto-playing through the Stipulation tour, the game suddenly froze (meaning the characters no longer auto or manual fight each other, no gems can be matched, and the characters just stay across from each other in the ring).

Where in the game did it happen?

During today's Purple daily Stipulation Tour

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Unknown. Seems to happen randomly.

When or since when did it happen?

Been happening for awhile. For myself, I experienced this 2 days in a row. Yesterday, it was the first match of Hell mode. Today, it's the 3rd match on Normal.

How often do you experience this issue?

Randomly but this always seems to happen during Stipulation tours.

What device are you playing on?

Android

Which OS and game version?

Android 6.0 and Game Version 0.636.23122050

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Disable/Re-enable Wifi, take game out of auto-play, try to match gems manually or start move manually. Also had to shut game down and restart it but that counts as a loss so Stipulation tour needs to be restarted with cash.
