Not receiving contest Bags in Greyson Waller Faction boss event

Hello there, I am reaching out because I have noticed I am missing about 6 or even more contest bags from leveling up the Grayson Walker faction boss event. I keep reaching new levels and I have not been giving any bags like it says I should be getting just the coins, TP, and guaranteed shards of superstars. Are they given out at the end of the event or is it a glitch in the game I didn't see anything about this so I'm not sure.
