Forum page Spam/ Flag alert

I noticed on my account I had 2 spam alerts under my profile. When I click on it, it shows only 1 feedback post I made and there was not spam associated with it. Is this completed by a forum moderator or another member in the community. I would imagine if it was something I type that was against TOS, I would have been contacted by a forum mod. It just seems odd, and I could not find anything on the forum to explain it. Thanks for any information you can provide
