My old account got replaced by a new account

I tried to reinstall the game on my iPhone SE 2020. When I tried to login using the scopely ID, it didn't let me login. So, I tried to reinstall the game. But, again the same issue. I am unable to get into the game.

So, I proceeded as a new player in the game. After the tutorial, I tried to link my existing account by logging using my scopely ID. To my surprise, instead of logging back to my old account, it was replaced by the new account. Even the web portal is showing my new account in the browser.

The basic details are as follows:

Scopely ID - saikrishnareddy1996@gmail.com

Old Account ID - Arumalla_Sai

New Account ID - Wnrochaienf
