Skill plate chips did not reset

I have an active strap up pass. However, after the timer reset a few days ago, my skill plate chips show 0/100. It’s supposed to show 100/100 after the monthly cool down timer resets. In game support won’t resolve the issue. Anyone else have the same issue?

I haven't heard of anybody having an issue. was the pass active on 11/1? if not then you wouldn't get the 100 tokens. if it was then support is the only ones who can handle it.
