I got the same problem, can't log on to portal with Firefox whatever i used scopely or facebook login. About a week now, i am using Edge temporary, it's work on Microsoft Edge but that browser suck so...

Same issue, can't log in on Chrome. For a quick fix I could log into Firefox, but isn't working anymore.

Same problem here for the past week or so. Can't log in using Edge, Chrome, or with iOS Safari, and tried using both Facebook and Scopely logins, and on both my PC and phone.
I can log in with Firefox though (for now)

For almost two weeks, I can't log in, and it doesn't matter which browser I use. Rather, it's on PC or phone. It doesn't take my log in with my Facebook or Scopley account.

same here. Nothing works. Can’t even do a ticket- just get same reply. Looking into it- gonna lose my progress, my shirts, my faction. Sucks

unfortunately we can not speed up supports progress on your issue, We will pass along multiple members still not having access. Hope they can get this resolved for you and others.

Das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Kundendienst reagiert nicht auf das Problem

Ich habe die gleichen Probleme. Der Support gibt Standard antworten und ticket wird danach geschlossen. Die verpassten Belohnungen werden ignoriert, obwohl man diese gebeten hat zu ersetzen, weil es ein technischer Fehler von Scopely ist.
