What exactly is not working?
Hi, I have purchased a pack off the portal, it went to my inbox, but the in-game coin, to bags and MITB loot coins haven't shown up when I've collected it.
Where in the game did it happen?

Hello mebeast. I would verify your scopely ID is linked to both the portal and in-game account. This is the most frequent issue for long-term missing items

Simplify on how we can fix this problem because I have been playing this game for years and I have an old Facebook account that I am not using anymore I don't know if that's where my stuff is going to or not but I was recently getting my stuff with my new Facebook that I've been using took me forever to get it straightened out and now I'm going through the same stuff again I need a easy fix I'm 61 years old and not very smart on this newfangled stuff thank you

Says page not found brother and I plug in unplugged looks like I don't know I need help I've already missed the free Bob Orton thing because of this and a few other things I really wish we could get this fixed it shows my profile picture that I have so that should be my thing but it sends it somewhere else I don't know where but it's not to my game that I have been playing for years now I know that

I would also like to point out I don't know if it makes it a difference or not but it says dennisbowen62 here on this but my game it says Big Daddy 1962 I don't know if it makes it a difference and I don't know how it would have happened either but it was just fine last week and now it's not

Hello @dennisbowen62 this means your portal ID and game ID are not linked, they should be the same name for you to receive rewards. I would suggest creating a scopely ID to not only backup your in game progress, but to link to a portal account to ensure you are receiving items from the portal. If you need further assistance, the support team can help. You can open a ticket in game by going to the gear icon in the top right corner of the game
