What exactly is not working? Error loading game on portal


Where in the game did it happen? attempting to open game


What are the steps to reproduce it? open game, loads for a moment before generating error - see screenshot, this is a recurrent problem.


When or since when did it happen? today as of time of posting


How often do you experience this issue? Happens frequently


What device are you playing on? PC


Which OS and game version? Win10, whatever the portal is on


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

Same as forum name

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Refreshed, cleared cache. This is a recurring issue that has been flagged up repeatedly.
