Faction Boss Shop

What exactly is not working?

I have an error code whenever I try and enter the faction boss shop.

Where in the game did it happen?

Faction boss shop.

When or since when did it happen?

Issue started 8 months ago. Worked fine one day and haven’t been able to access it since.

What device are you playing on?

iPhone but have also tried to access the game through the portal and have had no luck with the shop.

what have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Re installed the game multiple times, tried using a laptop and an iPad.

I’ve contacted in game support once a week with absolutely no joy so I really hope it can get fixed!
