In game store not working

My ingame store is not working. Just keeps loading and loading that’s it, I have tried to restart several times. Deleted and reinstalled app couple of times and it’s still not working.
Please check screen of 23:07 and 5 mins later 23:12 it was still loading.
I am using iPhone 14 pro max.

I purchased the booster pack for $100 and still haven't received it it. I also am missing my portal claims for today and the rewards for the money I spent. Please get me what is owed to me so I can play the game.

What exactly is not working?
never received 3* theory from portal been waiting long time
Where in the game did it happen?
Bought in portal claimed in mail never got it

never received my three star theory so couldn't really participate in kickoff and the theory tour ends in 2 days
I need my theory that I purchased and should receive compensation for these issues as I can't participate as wanted

We need compensation for not being able to do kickoff tour with bonus character and not start the theory tour that only has two days left this is ridiculous and there's no reason why it's taking so long to receive what we bought

Hello, I understand that we got in game rewards via the inbox but this still does not replace the money and/or rewards claimed on the portal. I am currently missing My Austin Theory Pro Start Pack, stamp card rewards AND my event rewards from portal.

Where is my stuff spent money on the theory upgrade and still isn't there, want it please. Hope you are going to compensate the portal players for not being able to use a charecter we bought. Funny when it is costing the company money it gets fixed fast, but when you already got the money from players it is taking for ever, dosnt seem fair.

Same issue here. The problem is, I purchased the starter pack to advance on the Kick Off Event. The longer this takes, the less time I will have.
I submitted a ticket and gotten a response, but a day and a half later, they say they are still "working on it." But what does them working on it have to do with me still missing what I paid for? I provided them with receipts and screen shots, so they know what I am owed. Why not just send it to me?
This is too long to wait for a problem to be fixed when we are on a time limit to use what we have spent our money on.

It is finally working but still broken with some things. I can play on phone now finally.
