Freezing during feud

What exactly is not working?

Game is freezing mid match with Becky Lynch GOAT in feuds. Seems to be intermittent. But it has been the same condition everytime.

When laying green gems on board to break traps and cross breaks, gems will break but game freezes and gems do not drop. And cross breaks do not fire.

Only option is to close app. When i restart my superstar is down to 2 hp and opponent is full strength, regardless of health level in game (often less than 50%) before freeze.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Play match, use green trap and sub moves. Eventually use purple move to create green gems. Lay green gems to break traps and cross breaks.

When or since when did it happen?

Has happened in the last two feuds.

How often do you experience this issue?

4 times to date.
