the showdown doesn't start until 1200 Pacific 3/25

Hi, when I am attempting to start the limited dog face tour, the game is constantly cutting out as the match is about to begin. This has happened whilst I have also redeemed dog faced loot coins - so I had no idea what I received, also happened during leveling up superstars and also whilst logging into the game itself.
This issue seems to have happened after the latest update.
I'm frustrated by it all as it is preventing me from competing for my faction

the bonus showdown coins is not showing up (when i have my offensive showdown team of hall of fame taker and hof snoop dog equipped with new promoter iow natalya when i win a match the bonus showdown coins do not show up just the the normal ones i win)
