Energy Refresh Timer resets to 8h upon each page load / refresh

What exactly is not working?

Whenever I check how long until the next energy arrives, the website always refreshes to the maximum 8 hours instead of the actual time.

Where in the game did it happen?

Trivia Rumble

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Use all energy available, and either refresh the page or load onto another page

When or since when did it happen?

Happens intermittently, however occuring today

How often do you experience this issue?

On a monthly basis

What device are you playing on?

Windows 11 Laptop

Which OS and game version?

Google Chrome

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Clear cache, update browser to the latest version, try mobile device

    I noticed this error when I was playing Trivia daily. I played the same time each morning and should have got my 3 refreshes at 6am each day. It never worked, and would only ever get 2 refreshes each day, maybe once a week or so the timer functioned properly.

    Never did submit a ticket for it, just stopped playing daily and saving energy instead.

    But seems to be an on going issue for a few of us.

    I'm having this problem too. I most recently emailed support on February 26, but they have not responded to my email. In the meantime, I keep logging on to see that I have 1/3 energy and the refresh timer is locked at 8:00:00. Over the past few weeks I've lost 15-25 energy because of this. Is it still possible to reach support via email? If not, what is the new method for contacting support?
