    And yes I forced closed, restarted, I have the latest game mode from App Store. Doesn’t work on IOS Android or Portal

    I am in We the 1s and cannot access the faction hub due to the redring. The same in the photos above. I am using an android device.

    Also in we the 1s and locked out of the faction tab!! I get a red ring or the game restarts!!

    Locked out of faction tab. It shows connection error message and then game restarts. Haven't been able to join expeditions, complete daily tasks etc

    Whether it makes a difference or not ..I use Android,have force closed,cleared cache I don't know how many times til finally giving up and uninstall/reinstalled game 3 x and same results.....this is so damn frustrating and costing not only solo but faction pp placement as well due to others continued access in other factions and surpassed us in rankings cuz we could not contribute any mm ore last few hours..

    I just went to log on and nothing but RED RINGS.

    Been 5 years with red rings on events, now it has spread to just logging in.

    Red Ring is the game version of Covid..... WTF.

    Also in we the 1s haven't been able to access any of the faction functions since reset, game just shows red ring and occasionally restarts when I try

    I wish I was in that faction, but you definitely need to fix this because it's very pertinent to succeeding in the game. I'd imagine they spend a good deal of money and if you hurt them bad enough, they may just give up and income will be lost.


    In general, support just needs to be better. When something is broken and effects your income and success, it's prioritized. When it effects the users, it takes up to 24 hours just to get a person to read it. There needs to be a way to escalate tickets/issues quicker or a phone number to contact someone and at least be put on hold for hours.

    During day 2 of boss battle I haven’t been able to get back in the faction section of the game, No matter how many times I reset the game it keeps doing the same thing

    and my whole faction is affected, Y’all cost me not maxing boss battle and missing out on solo milestones to get sami zayn smh 😭😡

    I'm in this faction. I have been unable to access the Faction Tab for 48 hours. LucilleR.

    I was not able to earn the last Faction boss milestone 13 due to this issue, for the Out of UCE Boss Competition. Earn the 70 million gold coins, 6 star token case, Strap, 100 HoF HHH shards and the event case.

    This has also prevented access from earning anything thing in the faction Tab.

    I am locked out of Faction Tab also! I get red rings loading and retry loading game each time.

    Faction is: WE THE 1S and my in game name is: Koala81

    Is now almost whole day!
