Game freezes when I push roster button
What exactly is not working?
When ever I try to load my roster by clicking the roster button, the game freezes
Where in the game did it happen?
I’m game when it loads
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Reload the game and click roster
When or since when did it happen?
3pm EST today

Delete redownload, Force restart, reset network settings
Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

I can access my roster through faction boss still. But it’s just that button is freezing my game.

update to pin point it:
a faction member said go to tours or faction boss and unchoose to sort by shards. They said sort by talent because the sort by shards is broken and freezes the game.

From what someone else said,
Click roster worth by shards.
when ever you have an unclaimed star on your roster, the shards tab will freeze.
so to further isolate it’s when you have a new character you have not recruited yet. I.e. new MLC character
