Event Leaderboard Rewards not claimable
As the title states. The store event leaderboard rewards are not claimable.

I have for the last 3 times and have never gotten the items in my inbox. It’s a bit frustrating at this point!

Yeah but if support never answers you and you can’t get something you PAID for then what else am I to do? It seems no one cares because of course I have another closed ticket and no rewards. Could someone here possibly escalate the issue to a dev to help me collect the rewards that were a paid item? I’ve added pictures to show the website with the error and then the 2nd one would be how many points I had but it was not claimable for some reason. The error persisted until the time ran out to claim the items and now the error resolved itself.

If you have the latest ticket number then DM it to me and I will pass it to the team. No promises they can do anything about this. I would also suggest another ticket. Try using different prompts or emailing scopely directly

How could anyone ever get what they pay for in this game if support doesn’t even know what offers are available to the player base. This is super ridiculous and I won’t spend another dime on this game.

I've had issues in the past that I've put in tickets and didn't even get a response at least a few times. This is why we come here, we have no other recourse.
I tried to claim my leaderboard rewards today for this weeks Fiesta rewards and am getting "Oops! There is an error!", been playing this game for 4 years and getting tired of the lack of service.
Edit: the support ticket system doesn't have options to claim that leaderboard rewards cannot be claimed, just stamp card issues, so that needs to be added as well.
