Missing faction feud shard chest

What exactly is not working?

I claimed faction feud contest leaderboard rewards including feud shard chest but it's not in my inventory

Monday 23 Jan 23 after the faction feud contest ended

How often do you experience this issue?

First time I always find the chest in my inventory

Samsung galaxy a32

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I contacted support both in_game and on portal but neither replied at all

    I also have this issue as do several faction members. Opened multiple support tickets regarding the issue and support is just closing the tickets and not providing a response or information about the issue.

    Was this a change in how the chests are awarded? It use to appear in the inventory as the original post states. When did that change happen?

    Also, have the Support guidelines changed? Maybe some of the team was fired? We are not getting responses to tickets and they are just being auto closed.

    Hello Cykotik. Unfortunately we can’t assist with support related issues. I would suggest to maybe change your wording or category to ensure it’s reviewed by someone. The bags auto-opened when the feature was released and then it changed to display in the inventory. We will ask the team if this is intended
