What exactly is not working?

Since about the time of the weekend faction boss event, I cannot get credit for completing tours, claim items from my inbox, or use prizewall currency.

Where in the game did it happen?

King of King Tour, Weeknd Faction Boss event tours, victory tours. Also trying to claim items from prizewalls or my inbox.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Just complete a match with the css, or use the game

When or since when did it happen?

Around the time new event contests showed in game on Friday

How often do you experience this issue?

Currently, some victory tours work. Prizewalls do not, and never got weekend event tours to work

What device are you playing on?

I play primarily on IOS, but also have tried android and portal

Which OS and game version?

Unsure

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, have factory reset my phone. Have tried on mobile WiFi and home WiFi

I have dealt with support all weekend and they tried to send me items I should have gotten directly and even place them in my account, but here is my trying to claim them as well

I had to sit out weekend event due to me not being able to complete tours and get faction points. I am going to miss out on a lot of earned rewards in the prizewall for the winter mlc. I really hope this can be resolved quickly. My discord name is EvolutionX#9553, I am willing to share my screen to fix this.
