Winter of Wonderland Briefcase Missing

  1. What exactly is not working?

The event briefcase is missing from the loot section of the game, but the event is still going (Posting on 1/26 and the event ends on 1/30). The store is still selling keys and I am able to accumulate them, but I cannot use them in the briefcase because it's missing. I started the Winter of Wonderland event at League 10 and became League 11 halfway through the event. I have already done 2-3 55 pulls from it before now.

The Loot section

Open the Loot section and look at the list of event loots

  1. When or since when did it happen?

I was able to access it on 1/24 and early morning 1/25, but it disappeared sometime on 1/25 or after midnight on 1/26.

First time this has happened

  1. What device are you playing on?

Android, Google Pixel 6 Pro

  1. Which OS and game version?

Android, the most recent game version

  1. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

In-game and forum name is both Rodarolla2

  1. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Refreshing the game, checking for updates, and checking for any announcements about the duration of the briefcase and any potential issues with it

    We had 4 more days to redeem our keys I have over 55k in keys and it’s no longer in the loot. Anyone know why

    2. Where in the game did it happen? Loot section
    3. When or since when did it happen? Jan 25/26
    4. What device are you playing on? Samsung S20 Note

    6. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Closed out and relaunched the app
