It’s 5 hours since the weekly backstage pass has went live and still no bags. The community constantly puts up with the weekly bugs and does our best to be patient. When money is involved these bugs and issues should be addressed immediately. It’s unfair to the player base to take a wait and we’ll get to it approach when we’ve made a purchase and we’re expecting to get what we’ve paid for immediately. The community that purchased the backstage should be compensated for the companies lackadaisical approach to getting us what we’ve paid for
