XPac Dx won't set as a coach m

For about 2 months I have not been able to set Xpac DX as a coach for any of my Superstars. I have tried multiple superstars but Xpac will not set as a trainer.

I can put him in the entourage set up but when I go to set it he does not appear in the superstars entourage.

This happens in all game modes as well as the main roster mode.
