What exactly is not working?

Faction warscore is not adding up in the proper event

Where in the game did it happen?

Faction feud

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Play a faction feud

When or since when did it happen?

Since the start of the feud

    it was fixed 50min after the first feud started and points were then sent via in game mail
