Cannot use Mutant Cesaro in any mode

What exactly is not working?

Can't use Mutant Cesaro. If he is in the match at all the error asset bundle pop up comes up and I have to restart the game.

Where in the game did it happen?

Every match I use him, even as opponent

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Using Mutant Cesaro

When or since when did it happen?

Tried using him for Boss Battle, but it's been an issue because I reported it to in game support months ago and was told it's a known issue that's being looked into.

Whenever I use Mutant Cesaro
