Purchased Xpac 4SG Fuse - Not showing up in my game

What exactly is not working?
I purchased the Xpac 4sg Fuse on the Web Portal. I have put in several tickets to Scopely through the game. they keep closing my ticket without a response.
Where in the game did it happen?
I purhcased it in Web Portal. I claimed it in my rewards with my multiple items and it didnt pull through.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
When or since when did it happen?
I purchased it on 1/2/2023
What device are you playing on?
I play on iOS

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
REeached out to support Monday, Tuesday, WEdnesday, and thursday Pic below shows that it was purchased on Web Portal. Shows I dont have the Xpac and shows my credit card was charged.
