Error when attempting to link your Twitch account on the website.

What exactly is not working?

Connecting to Twitch account

Where in the game did it happen?

happens on the website

What are the steps to reproduce it?

click on edit of player profile and then stream settings and click on connect to Twitch

When or since when did it happen?

attempted to connect at 9 AM

How often do you experience this issue?

whenever I try to connect

What device are you playing on?

    What exactly is not working?

    Receiving Twitch drops

    Where in the game did it happen?

    Never received the 2x100 Rubies and 2x320 web coins

    What are the steps to reproduce it?

    would not connect my account

    When or since when did it happen?

    Since it started

    How often do you experience this issue?

    Every time I tried to sign up though I kept claiming drops

    What device are you playing on?

    Web / Twitch

    Which OS and game version?

    online/windows 11/chrome

    Someone posted a way for everyone to connect their accounts and did work

    I was emailed the last 3 claims, but not the first 4 as my account would not link to twitch and Scopely's link was not there and when it was it was broken. I did get emailed the 500 cash and the last 2x100 Rubies. I am missing the first 4 claims and never received in my email.
