hi message this in facebook and portal but no reply , please help , victor road end soon

hi I write to about lita superstar as I had enought solo point (from my faction ranking which is 4000 solo point)

but when I want to login the game it gave me error and I can't login and get the point and get lita from final milestone , please, you can check my record for solo points please send lita to me please, I paid extra backstage pack to get the point on last day you can check that as well, please help and let me know, thanks
