Apparently the game is... gone?

What exactly is not working?
The game isn't starting properly.
Where in the game did it happen?
Startup.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Attempt to start the game.
When or since when did it happen?
Yesterday, after the standard 7 PM (EST) reset, when I get the login-bonus.
How often do you experience this issue?
Every time I attempt to load it.
What device are you playing on?
LD Player, but when attempting to download the game on my tablet, it refused to install at all from the store-page.
Which OS and game version?
LD Player. Game Ver. 0.584
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Not much, given my limited options. Tried updating it, and tried downloading it on Tablet, neither of which producing fruitful results.

still wanted to leave it open in case it's a more widespread issue that's tied to the specific device. Just a troubleshooting step to see if it's account or device to help the team look into the issue.

Seems like it's any one using an emulator is dead meat. This 0.584 update was intentionally or unintentionally coded to kill the use of any emulator across the board. I was forced to update this morning and now I cannot play the game on my preferred emulator of choice and it's a little wonky on my phone taking multiple tries to open it up until I get a stable session going.
Portal not really an option for me as it hogs way too may resources on my PC, crashes all the time, runs up resources to the point where I'm consistently getting "out of memory errors" on Firefox and it constantly wants to restart if you don't do anything in game for 15 minutes or longer.
I get Scopely doesn't officially support the use of emulators when playing this game and this is "low priority" as I've heard on the things to fix, but a good portion of the player base uses emulators to play this game...you guys aren't blind to that. If this is some kind of strong-armed tactic to try to get people to migrate over and play exclusively on the portal...it just may backfire in the long run. If it was unintentional I hope some effort is put into correcting the issue in a reasonable manner so players can continue to play the way they choose to play. If this was intentional, then I hope there might be a reconsideration on this because like I said I could see this backfiring if this was the plan to force players to stop playing on emulators and/or devices and migrate exclusively towards the portal.

Well that sucks. BlueStacks was the only stable way I had to play. My phones to old and the portal runs into a memory leak that crashes it after a few matches. Hope you guys fix this or I'll have to stop playing. Have you guys considered launching a PC version of the game like some of Scoply's other games have?

Got the same Problem Bluestacks wont open the Game . Short Flash and back to the blue Stack desktop.

Completely agree with this. Don't official content creators like Guersan or Mherex use emulators to play and make their videos?
In my case I don't have latency problems in the portal, but if they improve the game screen it would be feasible for me to play in it. Since this is not the case, I prefer emulators with Bluestacks, Memu and others.

i use ld players and now the game not open with the last updates 0.584. i always play in emulator .

this is a discussion about people having problems with emulators, if you are having issues with the portal I would recommend opening a bug report of your own on that subject and filing in the information so they can look into it

After a few days there is still no solution?
So here my Problem...
- What exactly is not working? Game will not start, only a short flash ... that`s all

not only with Emulators. The game is completely gone from Google Play Store. Reinstall not poasible. game not starting. great. no idea whats up now.

Hello Royal, emulators such as blue stacks aren’t supported by scopely. If you’re having an issue playing via mobile or on the portal please let us know

I would suggest reaching out to scopely support via their website and filling out a detailed bug report in your own thread so the team can review

Yes i have still that problem, even on an Amazon FireHD Tablet with Andorid 7... and on my mobile Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 with Android 9.
Like written before. On startup of the game only a short flash and nothing happens.
Error is, on every system i use, the same and reproducable.
Clearing the cache, uninstall and clean install, nothing is working.
Playing over the portal is possible, but lame...
After the last update every system is on version wwe champions 0.584
