Anything on this. Affecting alot of us and quite unfair for all of us that can nont collect stamps and event points.

Not fair that some can collect points. I can’t even get my purchases……. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Yeah it’s one thing to have a technical issue, it’s something else to not even acknowledge it. I so happened to be the 1st place JK winner and spent a small fortune on the game this weekend….so to say I am disappointed in the customer service is an understatement.
edit: I want to add that I planned to buy a Marshmallow man today also but until this issue is resolved (and I get some form of acknowledgment from customer service) I am keeping my wallet closed.

Having the same issue. Planned my purchases carefully so I'd have enough for my needs and if I miss out I'll be extremely disappointed. On Android

I’m having the same issue too. Sound like support is dealing with a bunch of issues. Terrible that they can’t address this issue immediately since people paid to get rewards from this event.

Im having the connection issue afte rcollecting rewards from portal website , evertime i look into my ingame rewards. Is there an update on this issue?

Also cannot claim anything so will be missing out on valuable points and possibly even the marshmallow due to this

Hello everyone. This issue should now be resolved. It was related to collecting the leaderboard from portal. But now the currency can be collected
